About the role:

• Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring work standards and time scales are achieved.
• Liaise with Service Advisors if repairs are expected to take longer than initially estimated, keeping customers informed.
• Ensure all work is completed within the allocated time to maintain high workshop productivity.
• Report and seek advice on any issues during work to overcome problems and inform customers of delays.
