Equans is looking for a Works Co-ordinator - PPM to join our team at Southern Water in Otterbourne, Hampshire (near Winchester) on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with all Contract Teams and contractors to ensure all support functions are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the delivery team where cover is required or to assist other regions.
  • Focus on customer care with a “can do” attitude, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment.
  • Meet and greet visitors and contractors.
  • Manage x-raying, sorting, franking, and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
  • Handle photocopying, printing, filing, and scanning tasks.
  • Order, purchase, and process invoices for goods and services following company procedures.
  • Assist in invoice receipting, ensuring a three-way match is consistently applied.
  • Raise, update, and close Planons for reactive repairs.
  • Manage reactive task jeopardy to ensure SLAs are not breached.
  • Update and close tasks as completion paperwork arrives, maintaining performance and KPI reporting in real time.

Candidate Profile
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within FM, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with CAFM systems, preferably Planon
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong team working skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset and awareness of brand image
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Strong interpersonal skills
