Equans is looking for a Works Co-ordinator - PPM to join our team at Southern Water in Otterbourne, Hampshire (near Winchester) on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 with a one hour unpaid break.

What will you deliver?

  • Work closely with all Contract Teams and contractors to ensure all support functions are delivered in a timely and accurate way.
  • Support the delivery team where cover is required or to assist other regions.
  • Focussed on customer care with a can do attitude, with the flexibility and adaptability to be a team member in a changing business environment.
  • Managing x-raying, sorting, franking and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail/parcels.
  • Photocopying, printing, filing, scanning.
  • Order, purchase and process invoices for goods and services in line with company procedures.
  • Assist in invoice receipting, ensuring three-way match is consistently applied
  • Raising, updating and closing Planons for reactive repairs.
  • Reactive task jeopardy management, ensuring SLAs are not breached
  • Updating and closing of tasks as completion paperwork arrives, ensuring no backlog to enable robust performance and KPI reporting in real time

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an FM environment, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Prior experience of CAFM systems essential, preferably Planon
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrate good team working ability
  • Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests
  • Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Good communicator with strong inter-personal skills
