Milton Keynes College Group is seeking a Workplace Trainer with strong multi-skilled construction expertise to join our Apprenticeship Construction team. You will teach, assess and mentor apprentices, coordinating with employers and college curriculum teams to deliver high quality training both on campus and at workplace sites.

The role offers diary autonomy, with days on campus, workplace meetings, and some home-based elements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant Level 2 qualification or above.
• Current industrial competence and significant technical experience in construction.
• Ability to develop apprentices in bricklaying and groundworks.

Responsabilités

• Teach and assess workplace-based apprenticeships.
• Coordinate with employers and college curriculum teams.
• Manage diary with on-campus lessons and workplace appointments.
