This role involves executing our Workplace Technology Strategy, supported by our Head of IT and Workplace Technology Architect. Responsibilities include providing support, managing technology initiatives, and contributing to innovative projects.

Path to Progression: This position offers clear growth opportunities, including advancement to second and third-line support roles.

Learning Opportunities: Collaborate with our Workplace Technology Architect and Engineer on cutting-edge projects to expand your skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing first and second-line support for end-user tools and hardware.
  • Offering onsite support for Workplace Technology systems.
  • Acting as a technical escalation point for outsourced service desks like ResolutionIT.
  • Supporting daily operations of Critical Infrastructure, including Microsoft, Okta, and Jira.
  • Participating in Infrastructure Projects to drive innovation.

Requirements include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, with experience in Okta or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Zoom Rooms.
  • Experience with Windows and macOS systems and hardware.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management tools like Jamf and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Experience administering SaaS products like Notion, Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Passion for learning and self-improvement.
