Job summary

ABL Health Ltd is seeking a Workplace Wellbeing Advisor to deliver evidence-based, equitable stop smoking services across Gloucestershire, focused on workplaces and routine/manual occupations.

You will work with employers and occupational health teams to promote smoke-free workplaces, empower clients to quit, and embed cessation within routine care, while analysing data to target local needs and reduce health inequalities.

Qualifications

• Experienced stop smoking practitioner within the community.
• Engagement work with partners and communities.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based smoking cessation and behavioural change.

Responsibilities

• Promote smoke-free workplaces with employers/occupational health.
• Deliver one-to-one, group, and online stop smoking interventions per NCSCT guidelines.
• Analyse local health data to inform service needs and priorities.
• Embed cessation services across diverse workplaces to reduce health inequalities.
