Job summary

The Big Life Group is seeking a Smoking Cessation Outreach Worker based in Trafford to deliver a creative, flexible stop smoking service for people experiencing substance misuse across community and criminal justice settings.

You’ll work with partners to provide evidence-based interventions, NRT and vapes as part of personalised nicotine reduction plans, building trusted relationships to improve health. Enhanced level 1 vetting is required, and the role closes on 14 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Deliver a creative, flexible stop smoking service for people experiencing substance misuse across community and criminal justice settings.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and vapes as part of personalised nicotine reduction plans.
• Build trusted relationships to improve health outcomes and support lasting changes to wellbeing.
• Role requires enhanced level 1 vetting as part of safeguarding procedures.
