Job summary

Owen Reed Ltd. in London is seeking a Workplace Services Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery and improvement of our firm’s workplace services.

Reporting to the Head of Front of House & Workplace Services, you will oversee mail, reprographics, records, floor support, property services coordination and the Health, Safety and compliance programmes across multiple sites. You will lead a multi-skilled team and manage suppliers and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workplace, facilities or operational services.
• Experience with in-house and outsourced provider management.
• Knowledge of health and safety, compliance and business continuity.
• Strong organisational and priority management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with office moves or workplace transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace services strategy and client-focused delivery.
• Manage mailroom, reprographics, records management and floor support.
• Plan resources to ensure service continuity across sites.
• Oversee property services coordination, maintenance and safety.
• Lead Health & Safety programme and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver joined-up solutions.
• Manage budgets and supplier contracts.
• Support office moves and refurbishments.
