Job description

Ensure contract performance in line with all KPIs and SLAs for the WXI account.

  • Act as the primary client contact for workplace services, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Provide leadership and direct line management for the Workplace Experience Managers.
  • Manage workplace escalations, ensuring timely resolution and action tracking.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all workplace services on site, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience and hospitality standards.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance, audits, and compliance tracking across all buildings and contractors.
  • Produce accurate data reporting for monthly, quarterly, and business updates.
  • Act as the point of contact for building-related escalations and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with WEMs to maintain consistency in workplace standards, culture, and service experience.
  • Oversee financial management for soft services, ensuring budget compliance and cost efficiency.
