A growing design studio in London seeks a Senior Interior Designer with 5-7 years of experience in workplace and residential projects. This role offers design leadership, project ownership, and the opportunity to mentor junior staff in a creative environment.
This steadily growing design studio is looking to bring on an experienced Middleweight to Senior Interior Designer immediately, as they continue to secure new UK-based workplace and residential projects.
Candidates who meet the experience outlined below and are available immediately or within 2 weeks will be prioritised for interview.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join a creative and growing design-led studio based in London. The role will see you working across a variety of dynamic projects in the commercial and residential sectors, particularly workplace, with exposure to every stage, from early concept to completion.
The position offers genuine design leadership, as well as the chance to mentor more junior designers, collaborate closely with architects, and take ownership of key projects. It would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on, ideas-led environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of professional experience in the UK, with a strong track record across workplace interiors, residential, or mixed-use schemes. You’ll be confident leading projects independently and experienced in running jobs from concept to site. Strong creative flair should be matched with technical competence, including managing drawings, specifications, FF&E packages, and consultant coordination.
You will also be comfortable presenting to clients and contributing to new business pitches. Software proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe CS is essential, along with a collaborative mindset and strong organisational skills.
