Senior Designer – Workplace Interiors

Location: West Surrey

Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm

We're working with a leading design & build firm that’s shaping the future of work environments across the UK. They have a strong pipeline of innovative office transformation projects and are looking to hire a Senior Designer to deliver cutting-edge workplace solutions.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead creatively across various projects—from concept to on-site implementation—ensuring each space aligns with client goals and supports evolving work practices. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients, guiding the design process with creativity, clear communication, and commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret client briefs and develop tailored design solutions
• Lead concept development, spatial planning, and FF&E strategy
• Manage the design process from initial pitch to delivery
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and budgets
• Work with internal teams to ensure technical and creative alignment
• Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Support business development through tender presentations and pitches

What You'll Need:

• 7+ years in commercial workplace design, preferably in a D&B environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong technical design knowledge and commercial awareness
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines under pressure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
