Senior Residential Interior Designer

Location: London

Client

A seasoned studio in central London, including architects, interior, and furniture designers, is seeking a talented Creative Residential Designer to join their team. The practice prides itself on delivering understated, pure, and inventive environments, working collaboratively to deliver large-scale residential developments and hospitality interiors. The studio features an airy, open environment and is conveniently located near the tube station.

The Role

• Minimum 7 years’ experience working on residential developments in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of the design process with the ability to create beautiful interiors considering the surrounding environment.
• Proven ability to produce and oversee drawing packs up to stage 4 detail level.
• Strong construction understanding, capable of navigating from concept design to site execution.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team and clients.
• Interest and inquisitiveness in sustainability practices.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to program workflow for the team as needed.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks is advantageous; cross-training in other software is provided.
