Key Accountabilities include:

• Facilities management and operational safety oversight to ensure appropriate and effective building services across London.
• Support the Workplace Experience team and third parties to maintain and improve high standards of customer service and technical workplace standards within the region.
• Manage workplace service delivery, review supplier relationships regularly, ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security legislation, and oversee building audits.
• Implement data-driven plans that improve service levels, compliance, productivity, and mitigate costs or risks.
• Provide technical support to colleagues, ensuring the integrity of building infrastructure.
• Manage building incidents related to property, safety, and security.
• Promote Lloyds values within the team and the wider business, fostering positive relationships with internal customers, management, service providers, and leaders.
• Manage the building's budget within the agreed financial parameters.
