Job summary

CS Technical Staffing Ltd is seeking a Workplace Supervisor to join a Bristol site. You’ll be the face of our client, welcoming colleagues and guests while upholding service standards and a positive culture.

Responsibilities include hosting, handling enquiries, daily checklists, assisting with room bookings and arrivals, maintaining a clean, presentable space, and following security procedures to ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer services experience, specifically dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment.
• High proficiency of Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of property, facilities or hospitality industries.
• Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication.
• SC Clearance will be required for this role. Existing SC Clearance is transferable if currently held.

Responsibilities

• Hosting operations: Ensure Colleagues feel welcome, and their needs are always taken care of in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dealing with guest and colleague enquiries promptly and politely.
• Conduct assigned Daily Checklists to ensure the quality of assigned workspaces, improve performance, and enhance tracking.
• Using the existing process and technology, assist in room booking and guest arrivals.
• Maintaining and cleaning to ensure a clear, presentable, safe office space, meeting rooms and client kitchen.
• Maintain a strong presence and observe quality control issues (i.e. cleanliness, comfort factors)
• Adherence to clients security processes and procedures
