Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle’s WE&O Experience Manager role is based on the client’s London site on the outskirts of The City. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead workplace experience and service delivery, elevating the level of service for all building users.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing FM/Hospitality setting, strong communication and relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing FM/Hospitality-related role.
• Experience leading workplace or events teams.
• Ability to adapt to demanding environments.
• Willingness to work On-site in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Workplace Programs to deliver best-in-class Employee Experience.
• Manage and sustain a high quality, motivated team delivering events and Workplace experience.
• Ensure client and guest expectations are met and overall strategy delivered.
• Oversee contracts and partner relationships to professionally deliver services.
• Manage site operations using industry best practice to provide a first-class Workplace experience.
• Foster innovation, sustainability, and reporting for the account.
