Overview

Working Foreman - Carpenter. Experienced Carpenter Foreman required in Devon to work on social housing maintenance projects, planned works. You will be doing all aspects of maintenance work with a main focus on carpentry on the tools with a view of progressing into a supervisory role. No qualifications required, just a real passion for providing a top service to customers with regards to customer service and trade ability.

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £38,000 per annum plus a van and fuel card.

Foreman Day to Day
  • Various planned maintenance work on domestic properties
  • Planned works - Schools, maintenance, kitchens and bathrooms etc.
  • Mainly carpentry work but including other trades too when required
  • Managing a small team of trades
  • Progressing your career in construction management
  • Travelling to different sites in Devon in the work van
Foreman Requirements
  • Good carpentry experience
  • Previous experience working within social housing
  • A keenness to progress your supervisory career
  • Good attitude
  • Honest and reliable
  • Full UK driving license
  • DBS will be required
