Fetch Recruit is seeking a Working Foreman for a prestigious high-end residential refurbishment project in Hackney, London. The contract role offers an ongoing workload with a focus on delivering top-quality workmanship and strong leadership.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate trades, and ensure work aligns with strict timelines and high-spec requirements. Immediate availability is preferred to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Working Foreman on high-end residential refurbishment projects in Central London.
• Strong trade background in Carpentry and/or Drylining.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage small teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Available immediately or on short notice.
• Site certification such as SSSTS or equivalent is desirable.

Salary/Rate: 200 - 220 per day (DOE - Dependent on Experience)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Foreman to join our team on a prestigious, high-end residential refurbishment project in Hackney. This is a long term opportunity, with guaranteed ongoing work for a reliable candidate who demonstrates exceptional quality and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day to-day operations of a high quality residential refurbishment project.

• Ensure all work is executed to the highest specifications and within project timelines.

• Act as a hands-on Foreman, leading by example with your own quality workmanship.

• Coordinate trades, manage site logistics, and uphold rigorous Health & Safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Working Foreman or similar role on high end residential refurbishment projects in Central London.

• A strong, demonstrable trade background in Carpentry and/or Drylining is highly preferred.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage small teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.

• Must be immediately available or available with very short notice.

• Possession of relevant site certification (e.g., SSSTS or equivalent) is desirable.

The Offer

• Highly competitive day rate of 200 - 220 per day, paid fortnightly.
