Adelphi Real World is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead workforce capability, onboarding, and competency frameworks across ARW. You will drive training, resource planning and process improvements to support efficient project delivery within a global healthcare consultancy.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to embed Adelphi values and ensure teams have the capabilities to meet current and future business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or real-world data roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience creating visuals and presenting to teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead workforce capability activities and onboarding.
