Job summary

Adelphi Real World, a global healthcare research consultancy, is recruiting for an operational/data management support role in its Bespoke Team. The position focuses on observational studies, coordinating data management tasks, and liaising between internal teams and research partners.

The candidate will contribute to documentation, compliance, and process improvements while maintaining timeliness and quality for client projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Operational /Project Management experience.
• Data management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Previous experience in the delivery of health research studies.
• Attention to detail; flexible and able to respond quickly to changing demands and tight deadlines.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams with the operational and data management of observational research studies.
• Data management tasks and oversight of access to study systems.
• Managing liaison between internal teams and research partners.
• Ensuring appropriate study documentation and compliance with guidelines and processes.
• Engagement in continuous improvement of internal processes to promote efficiencies.
