Job summary

Royal Greenwich is seeking an experienced Professional Educator to shape workforce development and strengthen frontline practice in Children's Social Care. You will train and supervise social workers, support ASYE participants, and lead the Early Career Framework to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

You will design engaging learning opportunities, translate legislation into practice, and collaborate with leaders to embed best practice across the service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a children's social worker with track record in workforce development.
• Ability to train, coach and supervise social workers and leaders.
• Experience supporting ASYE practitioners and NQSWs.
• Experience coordinating student placements in social work.
• Ability to translate research and guidance into learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and support social workers and leaders across Children's Social Care.
• Provide supervision to Early Career Practitioners and NQSWs during ASYE.
• Lead Early Career Framework learning and ensure high-quality experiences.
• Design and deliver engaging learning opportunities and reflective spaces.
