Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in Preston seeks an experienced workforce advisor to advise managers on terms and conditions of employment and policy development. You will help shape workforce practice and advise on employee relations issues end-to-end.

In this role, you will support recruitment processes, participate in job evaluation, and provide information to managers and Workforce Business Partners to drive divisional workforce strategies and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for managers seeking advice on terms and conditions of employment and workforce policies.
• Support managers on employee relations cases including sickness absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Participate in job matching and job evaluation; support recruitment processes as required.
• Provide information to managers and Workforce Business Partners to support the development of divisional workforce strategies.
