Job summary

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Workforce Advisor to join our Workforce Team at Preston. You will provide specialist employee relations advice, coach managers and help develop policies, supporting services across our teaching hospital networks.

We offer a hybrid working pattern with on-site attendance at least 2 days a week, ongoing CPD and opportunities to influence workforce performance and staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for managers seeking advice on terms and conditions of employment and workforce policies.
• Advise on sickness absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, and performance management.
• Support recruitment processes and job evaluation as required.
• Provide information to Workforce Partners to support divisional workforce strategies.
