Workflow Document Production Specialist – Evening Shift (Fully Remote)

Top-Tier Law Firm | Excellent Salary + Shift Allowance

Monday to Friday 5:30pm - 1:30am

Are you an experienced Document Production (DP) Specialist looking for a fully remote role with a prestigious law firm? We’re working with a highly regarded, specialist law firm known for its outstanding reputation, quality of work, and supportive culture. Due to continued growth, they’re seeking a talented DP Specialist to join their team on the evening shift.

The Role:

Working as part of a high-performing remote team, you will support fee earners across the firm by producing, formatting, amending, and troubleshooting legal documents to the highest standard. This role is key to ensuring seamless service delivery during out-of-hours operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately format, edit, and proofread a range of legal documents and correspondence
  • Work with complex documents including tracked changes, tables, and styles
  • Liaise with secretarial and legal teams to clarify instructions or resolve issues
  • Ensure all work is completed to strict deadlines with attention to detail

About You:

  • Proven experience working in a Document Production role within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and formatting ability with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing workload efficiently
  • Able to work Monday to Friday shift of 5:30pm - 1:30am.
