Vantage Point Global seeks a senior Workday Programme Director to lead a high-profile global HR transformation. You will own client-side delivery, govern multiple workstreams, and manage partner relationships with a focus on pace, accountability and risk management.

The role requires seasoned leadership with experience operating at executive levels, controlling programme budgets, and delivering complex HR transformations across geographies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale Workday programmes as the accountable Programme Director or Client-Side Lead.
• Proven track record delivering complex global HR transformation programmes with multiple workstreams and geographies.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and HR transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Take overall client-side accountability for successful programme delivery.
• Drive all aspects of programme execution from mobilisation through deployment and stabilisation.
• Establish and maintain delivery plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Ensure workstreams align to programme objectives.
• Act as primary client-side counterpart to Deloitte and other delivery partners.
• Escalate and resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively.
• Lead Steering Committees and governance forums; provide executive reporting.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and resource plans; track benefits realisation.
