Job summary

Delaney & Bourton is seeking an experienced Interim Programme Director to lead a major Workday transformation for an international client. The role focuses on delivering a full-suite Workday implementation covering Financials, HCM, governance and delivery.

You will manage senior stakeholders, partner relationships and the programme's overall governance, with predominantly remote work and occasional travel to align the project with strategic objectives.

I’m looking to engage an experienced Interim Programme Director to lead a major Workday transformation for an international organisation.

This is a full-suite Workday implementation covering:

• Workday Financials
• Overall programme leadership, governance and delivery
• Senior stakeholder and implementation partner management

We’re looking for someone who has previously led complex, enterprise-scale Workday programmes, including both Financials and HCM.

• £1xxx per day rate – flexibility to attract the right person
• Predominantly remote with infrequent travel.
