Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Workday Managing Consultant to lead HR transformation programmes, modernising operating models, employee experiences and service delivery through technology, process and organisational change. You will combine strategic advisory with hands-on delivery to realise value for clients.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor multidisciplinary teams and help grow Capgemini Invent’s Workday practice, leveraging our HR Transformation ecosystem and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Workday certification in at least one functional area.
• Experience delivering Workday-enabled HR transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of Workday capabilities across HR areas such as HCM, Talent, Compensation.
• Leadership of client-facing workstreams and management of senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, governance, risks and quality assurance.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI-enabled Workday capabilities.
• Ability to obtain UK security clearance (BPSS, SC or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday-enabled HR transformation engagements across strategy, process design and implementation.
• Advise clients on Workday capabilities and HR technology roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive workshops, governance forums and stakeholder decisions.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, deployment and adoption activities.
• Manage programme scope, risks, dependencies, quality and delivery outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as strategic adviser.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and support capability growth.
• Support business development, proposals, bids and account growth.
