Job summary

LogicaCloud is seeking a Workday Technical Support professional to join our growing team in Greater London. You will handle production support tasks and Workday production control on a Level 2 basis.

The role requires hands-on experience with integration issues, Jobs and Alerts, and knowledge of Workday modules such as Payroll, Security, Business Process, and XML/XSLT. 3–5 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of overall experience in Workday or related field.
• Strong production support background and Level 2 support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday production control tasks.
• Experience resolving integration-related issues, jobs and alerts.
• Knowledge of Core Reports, EIB, Core Connector, Payroll, Security, Business Process, Calculated Fields, Data Sources, Web Services, XML, and XSLT.
