Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager to guide clients through implementational journeys, leveraging AI-enabled accelerators and best practices. You will lead advisory work, coordinate teams, and shape outcomes across global projects.

The role focuses on delivering integrated, cloud-based HR solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving transformative Workday programs for multinational clients. A flexible, learning-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as consultant or driving this in a client organisation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Workday Talent & Performance modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do

As a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager:

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in the Workday Talent & Performance modules, contributing to a functional solution that meets client needs and objectives
• Applying Workday and Accenture methodologies in everything you do
• Supporting workshops and discussions on topics in line with your expertise in Talent & Performance
• Liaising closely with client counterparts, external vendors, Accenture colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

e are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Prior experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules as consultant or driving this in a client organisation
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English
