Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Core HCM Lead to guide large-scale HR transformations for global clients. You will drive end-to-end Workday HCM programs, collaborate with clients, and lead cross-functional teams across regions to deliver cloud-based HR solutions.

You will participate in workshops, align with leading practices, travel as needed, and contribute to innovation through new methods and assets while leveraging Accenture’s education programs and global network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading End to End Workday HCM projects from initiation to deployment.
• Experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant platforms (on-premise or cloud).
• Willingness to travel and manage client interactions across teams.
• Able to work in a diverse, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in core HCM.
• Host workshops and lead discussions on Workday Core HCM topics.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress.

As a Workday Core HCM Lead:

You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
• Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
• Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
• Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Set yourself apart:

• Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
• Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
• Up to date Workday HCM certification
• Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o.
