Job summary

Gleeds is seeking an IT Workday Systems Analyst to join our Leeds IT team, guiding the administration, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday for HCM and Finance. You will work with HR, Finance and IT to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations, including release management, reporting and integration support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering and configuring Workday across HCM and Finance.
• Strong understanding of Workday security, roles and access controls.
• Experience building and maintaining Workday reports and calculations.
• Experience supporting change and release cycles, including testing and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration with HR, IT and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure core Workday HCM functionality (staffing, job profiles, organisations, security roles).
• Administer Workday Finance to support day-to-day queries, invoicing and master data governance.
• Build standard and custom reports, dashboards and prompts for HR/Finance teams.
• Support Workday integrations and coordinate with IT and external partners as needed.
• Participate in Workday release cycles and ensure regression testing and documentation.
