Your mission:

Be the strategic and technical champion of our Workday ecosystem. You'll dive deep into the platform, strategically designing, configuring, and maintaining it to meet and anticipate the needs of internal clients, partners, and upskill our future Workday Analysts, while ensuring seamless integration with our other critical systems.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules and enhancements.
2. Serving as the subject matter expert for all things Workday, providing guidance and solutions.
3. Optimizing Workday processes and system performance proactively.
4. Designing and maintaining integrations between Workday and other business systems.
5. Ensuring security, integrity, and compliance of the Workday environment.
6. Managing Workday updates and releases to leverage new features.
7. Providing advanced technical support for complex Workday issues.
8. Creating documentation and training materials for users.
9. Collaborating with internal clients to deliver tailored Workday solutions.
10. Leveraging Workday reporting capabilities with data specialists.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Solutions Architect, Manager, or similar role with impactful implementations.
• Deep mastery of the Workday platform, including multiple modules (HCM, Talent Management, Advance Compensation).
• Fluency in Workday integration tools and methodologies.
• Proactive, results-oriented with a curiosity for system optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in technical documentation and user training development.
• Understanding of data security and compliance for enterprise systems.
