To capitalize on this success, we are seeking a Workday Solution Architect to join our growing Workday Consulting Team. What your days will look like:

1. Taking responsibility for the overall solution design of client-facing Workday Financials projects, including designing the Foundational Data Model.
2. Ensuring deliverables across functional, integrations, and data workstreams are consistent and high-quality.
3. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels within our clients’ organizations, from C-suite to finance teams.
4. Contributing to business development activities, including delivering demos, discovery workshops, and managing our technical offerings.
5. Collaborating with Workday Project Managers and Engagement Managers to align project delivery and resourcing with technical requirements.
6. Soliciting and challenging client requirements, facilitating workshops, analyzing data, and configuring solutions in Workday.
7. Working with colleagues across HR and Financials transformation teams and the wider PwC network to create value-driven solutions.
8. Mentoring and coaching junior colleagues to support their development.

This role is for you if:

• You are an experienced finance professional who has helped implement Workday Financials or is a current user.
• You have an interest in transitioning into technology consulting with Workday Financials.
• OR you are an expert in Finance Transformation Consulting as a Solution Architect.
• Experience with ERP systems other than Workday will also be considered.
• You can align solutions with strategic business outcomes such as revenue growth, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• You can build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and present architectural solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are proficient in designing and implementing integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and legacy platforms.
• You possess strong digital, data, and business analysis skills and can work independently or lead teams to deliver results.
• You have a proven track record of managing both onshore and offshore resources.
