Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with deep HRIS/HR technology experience, focusing on Workday across deployments. You will define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for the HR technology portfolio and collaborate with business, technology and vendor teams to translate requirements into scalable designs.

• Seasoned HRIS/HR technology expert with Workday experience across modules and international deployments.
• Proven ability to deliver architecture in large-scale HR transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and API-led architecture.
• Experience with identity/security tools (SSO/MFA/Entra ID/SailPoint advantageous).
• Ability to define target-state architecture and lead complex architectural decisions.
• Experience collaborating with internal business units, tech teams and vendors.

Requirements:

• Seasoned Solution Architect with experience working within an HRIS / HR technology environment.
• Strong Workday expertise, ideally with exposure across multiple Workday modules and international deployments.
• Proven experience delivering architecture within large-scale HR transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs and API-led architecture.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Entra ID and/or SailPoint would be advantageous.
• Comfortable defining target-state architecture and leading complex architectural decisions.
• Experience working across internal business units, technology teams and third-party implementation vendors.
• Experience within geographically distributed organisations would be a significant advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across both technical and business environments.

We are offering a long-term contracting role of up to €625/day with hybrid working and occasional days in Central Dublin. You will join a huge transformation programme with a globally recognised brand and take a newly created role with a genuine opportunity to influence the direction of the programme. We are looking for someone to help overhaul and modernise legacy HRIS technology across a large-scale enterprise environment, with a strong focus on Workday and colleague-facing platforms across HR, Learning, Talent and Workforce Management.
