Job summary

Venturi in Leeds is seeking an Application Support Engineer to support and enhance its HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday and related SaaS platforms. Hybrid working with 2–3 onsite days is available to balance collaboration and autonomy.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams, while contributing to continuous improvement and governance across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday HCM environments.
• Strong Workday configuration, security, and data management.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and integrations.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
• Additional Workday certifications or modules.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st–3rd line support for Workday and related SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot system, configuration, and integration issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with vendors or technical teams for root cause analysis.
• Assist with upgrades, patches, testing, and release management.
• Assist with UAT and documentation, dashboards, and data validation.
• Ensure IT governance, security, and change management compliance.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.
