Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Consultant for their Workday Product Business Unit in Belfast. In this role, you will serve as a primary technical contact for Partners, providing expert guidance on the Pay Transparency Analyzer (PTA). Your responsibilities will include documentation ownership and managing partner relationships to drive adoption and success.

We value candidates with strong technical skills, consulting experience, and the ability to work collaboratively. The role involves some travel and has a clear growth path toward a Customer Value Manager position.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience in a professional services or technology environment.
• Ability to manage documentation and enablement materials effectively.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Partners.
• Manage escalations and work closely with technical support.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including HR and IT.
