Opus Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Workday Product Manager/Platform Lead to own the Workday environment and drive the roadmap. You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Tech leaders to maximise value and shape future enhancements.

The role is London-based with a hybrid model (2 days on-site) and offers a £90,000–£120,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits. This is a permanent position with significant influence over platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong client-side Workday experience in a live production/BAU environment.
• Experience owning or managing a Workday platform, product or functional area.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability.
• Proven experience defining roadmaps and driving platform improvements.
• Excellent understanding of Workday operating models and governance.

We're supporting a leading organisation in the search for a Workday Product Manager/Workday Platform Lead to take ownership of their enterprise Workday environment and drive the future roadmap of the platform.
The organisation is already live with Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials, with additional products and capabilities currently being delivered. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves to support business growth and transformation.
The Role As the Workday Product Manager, you'll act as the strategic owner of the Workday platform, driving its ongoing optimisation, adoption, governance and future development.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Technology, you'll ensure the organisation continues to maximise value from its Workday investment while delivering a clear roadmap for future enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
