Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited in London is seeking a Workday Product Manager / Workday Platform Lead to own the enterprise Workday environment and drive the platform roadmap.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and Technology leaders to optimise adoption, governance and future development, ensuring value from Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials.

This role offers a hybrid working model with London office attendance and a salary of £90,000–£120,000 GBP plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability.
• Proven experience defining roadmaps and driving platform improvements.
• Experience owning or managing a Workday platform, product or functional area.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Workday roadmap and platform strategy.
• Lead platform optimisation and enhancement initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate priorities into the roadmap.
• Drive value from Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials and related apps.
• Manage demand, prioritisation and platform governance.
• Lead engagement with implementation and support partners.
• Support rollout of additional Workday modules and capabilities.
• Champion user adoption and process improvement.
