Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) invites applications for an experienced Workday Platform Manager to join our Business Platforms team in the South of England. You will lead the management, development and continuous improvement of the Workday platform, ensuring it is reliable, secure and well governed to support colleagues and customers.

Reporting to the Head of Business Platforms, you will provide direction to technical and functional specialists, manage releases, and collaborate with People,

Qualifications

Experience managing an enterprise platform, ideally Workday or a similar HR/finance platform.
Strong governance, release, change control and environment management.
Experience with PLatform as a Service (PaaS) and SDLC in agile environments.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead management, development and continuous improvement of the Workday platform.
Ensure reliability, security, governance and alignment to priorities.
Provide direction to technical and functional specialists and assure changes before live.
Collaborate with People, Finance, Procurement, IT and other teams relying on Workday.
