Sovereign Network Group is seeking a Workday Platform Manager in the South of England to lead the Workday platform, driving governance, delivery and continuous improvements. The role collaborates with People, Finance, Procurement, IT and business teams to align the platform with organisational priorities and to deliver secure, resilient services.

You will supervise configuration, releases, and operational support while managing risks, cost and stakeholder expectations in a complex enterprise

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing an enterprise platform (Workday preferred).
• Strong governance, release management and environment management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-scale platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead management, development and continuous improvement of the Workday platform.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, governance and alignment to priorities.
• Coordinate release planning, service performance and supplier engagement.
