Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking an experienced Workday Support Analyst to assist with the ongoing administration of Workday and related HR systems. You will handle first-line queries via the Workday specialist queue in ServiceNow and escalate where needed.

You will perform data audits, position cleanses and EIB uploads, while maintaining documentation and SOPs for People Technology. Collaboration across global teams and strict governance compliance are essential features of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience supporting Workday.
• Exposure to Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits or Payroll is desirable.
• Comfortable analysing and resolving system and process issues in a structured manner.
• Strong organisational skills, with experience in operating incident management tools.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests within agreed service levels.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using ServiceNow and JIRA is desirable.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work well within a global and sometimes virtual team.
• Understanding of HR data governance, confidentiality requirements and system administration best practices.
• Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and ongoing administration of Workday and related People systems.
• Act as first-line support for Workday queries via the specialist queue in ServiceNow and escalate as needed.
• Complete cyclical system administration tasks including position cleanses, data purges and EIB uploads.
• Perform routine data audits and activities to maintain data quality and system integrity.
• Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles, training guides and SOPs for People Technology processes.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to understand and manage downstream system impacts.
• Support user acceptance testing, regression testing and validation for system changes and Workday releases.
