Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a Workday Administrator to support and administer Workday and related People systems in London on a fixed-term contract. The role requires strong data governance, incident handling, and cross-functional collaboration within a global team.

The successful candidate will provide frontline Workday support, perform routine data audits, maintain documentation, and assist with UAT and Workday releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience supporting Workday.
• Exposure to core HCM processes desirable.
• Familiarity with incident management tools.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive people data with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workday and related People systems; administer cyclical tasks.
• Provide first-line Workday support via the ServiceNow queue.
• Perform data audits and data cleansing for integrity.
• Maintain process docs and training materials.
• Collaborate with IT to manage downstream system impacts.
• Support UAT, regression testing and Workday releases.
