Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is a world-leading global law firm seeking a People Technology specialist to support Workday and related systems from Belfast. The role focuses on first-line support, data quality, system administration tasks, and documentation within a fast-paced, global environment.

You will work with cross-border teams, manage sensitive HR data, and contribute to Workday releases and testing to ensure compliant and efficient People processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience supporting Workday and understanding of core HCM processes.
• Experience with additional Workday modules (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits or Payroll) desirable.
• Analytical, structured approach to resolving issues.
• Strong organisational skills and incident management experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using ServiceNow and JIRA desirable.
• Ability to work in a global, sometimes virtual team.
• Good stakeholder management and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to handle sensitive people data with discretion and governance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and ongoing administration of Workday and related People systems.
• Act as first-line Workday support via the ServiceNow queue.
• Perform cyclical system administration tasks (position cleanses, data purges, EIB uploads).
• Conduct routine data audits and support activities to maintain data quality.
• Maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to manage downstream system impacts.
• Support user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation for Workday changes.
