Job summary

Cygnet Health Care is recruiting a Payroll Implementation Manager on a fixed-term contract up to 12 months for their Kings Hill Office in West Malling, Kent. The role leads the payroll transformation from IRIS Payrite to Workday, ensuring data integrity, testing governance and successful go-live across all frequencies.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and IT, drive design, data migration and readiness activities, and report progress to governance forums.

Qualifications

• Proven payroll implementation or payroll transformation experience.
• Experience delivering payroll system implementations.
• Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge and UK statutory payroll.
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of the Payroll workstream in the Workday implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate payroll workshops, design sessions and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee payroll data cleansing, migration, testing and go-live readiness.
• Ensure payroll procedures are documented and compliant.
• Provide regular status reporting and governance materials.
