Job summary

Focus Cloud is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to join our Midlands team in a hybrid role. You will be hands-on configuring and optimising Workday Payroll and provide Tier 1 & 2 support across the payroll function.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll and People Systems teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement of the Workday Payroll platform, ensuring smooth payroll processing in a Midlands-based environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience.
• Experience providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

This is a hands-on Workday Payroll position, responsible for configuration, optimisation and providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support across the Payroll function.
