Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Principal Integrations Consultant to bridge the gap between business and technical teams on Workday projects in the United Kingdom. You will lead integration design, configuration, testing and implementation, while guiding clients through transformation and operation phases.

You will mentor colleagues, drive delivery, facilitate workshops and ensure successful data migration and security configurations across tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Workday integrations with delivery focus.
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects or workstreams in a consulting environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, RaaS, REST/SOAP.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Become a Workday Integrations expert with design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Drive and organize tasks within a project workstream to meet goals.
• Guide client through design sessions and configuration decisions based on requirements.
• Support client through all phases from legacy to Workday HCM.
• Communicate progress to client, project team, and Engagement Manager.
• Lead on a project or as Cognizant/Workday Partner Lead delivery reviewer.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise: iLoading data, moving config tenant to tenant, configuring processes and security.
• Convert and map data sources into conversion templates via iLoads.
• Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, support shadow assignments.
• Share skills through update training and internal opportunities.
