Job summary

Kainos is seeking an Associate Workday Integrations Engineer to join the EDM team and contribute to a suite of integrations deployed across global customers. You will work under experienced consultants, focusing on development, upgrades, and deployment across customer tenants.

This hands-on role requires attention to detail, collaboration in agile sprints, and the drive to own the quality of your work from day one.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of XML, XPath, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with an object-oriented language (Java).
• Workday experience or certification (HCM Fundamentals, Integrations, or Studio).
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, web services, APIs, authentication, and data transformation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and documentation.
• Willingness to learn complex systems quickly and work through ambiguity with support.
• Good communication and teamwork, agile delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise document management integrations deployed to a global customer base.
• Support upgrades to new Workday product versions and assist with deployments.
• Work hands-on in Workday Studio and Orchestrate for Integrations.
• Participate in engineering sprints and pair with senior team members to ensure quality.
