Job summary

Kainos seeks an Associate Workday Integrations Engineer to join the EDM team. You will develop and maintain enterprise integrations deployed to a large, global customer base, under guidance from senior staff.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work in Workday Studio and Orchestrate for Integrations, participate in sprints, and support upgrades to newer product versions. A structured onboarding path is provided to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of XML, XPath, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with an object-oriented language (Java preferred).
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, web services, APIs, and data transformation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a suite of enterprise document management integrations deployed to a global customer base.
• Work under guidance of consultants and team lead; contribute to integration development and customer upgrades.
• Assist with deployment of integrations across customer tenants; participate in engineering sprints.
• Operate in Workday Studio and Orchestrate for Integrations; absorb onboarding with mock exercises and paired work.
• Demonstrate initiative, take ownership of quality, and communicate clearly within the team.
