Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions Ltd is seeking a Workday Integration Lead to guide payroll integration workstreams in a London-based hybrid delivery model. You will own design, build and test Workday PECI interfaces with third‑party payroll providers such as ADP, and drive client sign‑off on integration decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Workday HCM knowledge and hands-on experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Workday integration consulting experience.
• Strong PECI payroll integrations experience with ADP.
• Proven track record leading payroll integration workshops.
• Two full lifecycle Workday implementations from design to deployment.
• Experience at a Workday services/implementation partner.
• Solid Workday HCM and Payroll data model understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll integration workshops with client stakeholders, driving requirements gathering, integration design decisions and sign-off.
• Design, build, test and deploy Workday integrations, with a strong emphasis on payroll interfaces (PECI) to third-party payroll providers, including ADP.
• Own the end-to-end integration design phase for payroll workstreams, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with functional leads across HCM, Payroll and Benefits to ensure integration designs align with the wider Workday configuration.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery across the full Workday deployment life cycle - Plan, Architect, Configure & Prototype, Test, Deploy and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects, working closely with client IT, Middleware and third-party vendor teams.
• Contribute to integration strategy, design standards and reusable patterns across engagements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior integration consultants.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong, demonstrable experience with PECI payroll integrations and third-party payroll providers, particularly ADP.
• Proven experience leading payroll integration workshops and owning the design of payroll interfaces.
• A minimum of two full-life cycle Workday implementation projects, from design through to deployment.
• Previous experience working at a Workday services/implementation partner.
• Solid understanding of the Workday HCM and Payroll data model as it relates to integration design.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the confidence and communication style to lead workshops and influence design decisions.
• Relevant Workday certifications (eg Integrations, PECI/PICOF, etc)
