Job summary

Frontier Economics is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager (Workday) to own the Workday roadmap and optimise the People team’s use of the platform. You will shape configurations, drive process improvements, and partner with IT and Finance to enhance data and reporting across the system.

You will lead Change initiatives, manage external consultants, and build capability within the team while ensuring governance and security compliance throughout the HRIS landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven Workday HCM experience and configuration skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical Workday solutions.
• Strong analytics, reporting capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Experience with integrations and data governance within Workday.
• Comfort with using AI tools to improve processes with judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday functionality and develop a clear roadmap aligned to People strategy.
• Configure and improve Workday processes, workflows and fields.
• Lead projects from requirements to design, testing and implementation.
• Improve data quality, governance and reporting across People systems.
• Manage relationships with Workday and external consultants; enhance UX.
• Maintain governance, security, and compliance with data protection rules.
