Job summary

Financial Conduct Authority is seeking an HR Systems Associate to support, configure and maintain Workday and related HR technologies. The role sits in the HR Analytics & Systems team and focuses on day-to-day system operation, data quality and stakeholder collaboration across HR and the wider organisation.

You will engage in data management, testing, releases and upgrades, ensuring an excellent user experience and accurate HR data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using, supporting or administering Workday or another HR system in an operational environment.
• Experience with core HR processes across the employee lifecycle and maintaining accurate employee data.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and user support for Workday and other HR systems, investigating queries, resolving issues and supporting HR processes.
• Support core HR processes within Workday, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Carry out routine system administration and maintenance activities, including updates to reference data and system documentation.
• Support data quality and governance activities through audits, validation checks, reporting and data corrections.
• Prepare, validate and process Workday EIB data loads, and support integrations and data transfer activities.
